Information we process

Public browsing does not require an account. We process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and secure the service. If you contact us, we process the information you choose to send so we can respond.

• IP address, device and browser information in hosting and security logs
• Consent choice stored in your browser
• Contact details and message content you voluntarily provide
• Firebase authentication and authorization data for invited administrators only

Analytics, cookies and external embeds

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. Approved Instagram posts use Meta's official Embed and load automatically when the Instagram section approaches the viewport. Official YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. The first video requires an explicit media choice; during that browser session, other verified videos may load muted when they become substantially visible, with no more than one playing at a time. Loading an Instagram or YouTube embed connects your browser to that provider and is subject to its privacy terms. The media permission is session-only and is cleared when the browser session ends. We do not send raw search queries, editorial drafts, or Review Console activity to Analytics.

How information is used and retained

We use information to operate, protect and improve AnyMappy, respond to corrections, and maintain an audit trail for approved editorial work. Retention depends on operational and legal needs; we remove or anonymize data when it is no longer reasonably required.

Sharing and international processing

Infrastructure and analytics providers process data on our behalf under their terms. Their systems may process data outside your country. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may decline analytics in the consent notice. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs, by contacting editorial@anymappy.com.
